Account Registration and Management
Account Registration and Personal Information
Each player may open only one personal account. If a player is found to hold more than one account, mya99 may close all linked accounts.
- All information provided at registration must be complete and accurate
- Any change to your name or contact details must be reported to mya99 immediately
- Your account password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any third party
- Players are personally responsible for all activity that occurs on their account
- Transferring, selling, or lending your account to another person is strictly prohibited
Account Suspension and Closure
mya99 may suspend or permanently close an account in the following cases, with or without prior notice.
- If use of duplicate accounts is detected
- If information is received that unfair methods are being used in gameplay
- If provided information is found to be false or inaccurate
- If a breach of the currency exchange policy is identified
- If attempts to disrupt platform operations are detected
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
Regarding Deposits
mya99 accepts deposits in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) via KBZPay, Wave Money and AYA Pay. You can deposit a minimum of 3,000 Ks using any of these payment methods.
- You must use your own KBZPay / Wave Money / AYA Pay account when depositing
- Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned
- Deposit confirmation times depend on the processing speed of the payment service provider
- Deposits may not be used to handle any personal financial transactions
Regarding Withdrawals
Withdrawals require a minimum of 20,000 Ks and must be made through the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals are normally processed within 1 hour.

- mya99 reserves the right to review suspicious transactions

Bonus & Promotion Policy
Welcome Bonus
mya99 offers a 150% bonus on your first deposit — up to 100,000 Ks. After claiming this bonus, you must meet a Wagering Requirement of 25x the bonus amount before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
Example —
- Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 30,000 Ks → Balance 50,000 Ks → Wagering 30,000 Ks × 25 = 750,000 Ks
- Deposit 140,000 Ks → Bonus 100,000 Ks → Balance 240,000 Ks → Wagering 100,000 Ks × 25 = 2,500,000 Ks
If you request a withdrawal before the Wagering Requirement is met after claiming a bonus, mya99 may void the bonus amount and will review whether the original deposit is eligible to be returned.
Bonus Usage Restrictions
- Each bonus is allowed once per player
- The stake limit set for bonus play must be followed when using bonus funds
- If irregular activity is detected after a bonus is claimed, withdrawal eligibility may be restricted pending review
- VIP Cashback and Refer-a-Friend bonuses each have their own terms and conditions
- mya99 may change or stop bonus offers at any time
Fair Play and Player Responsibilities
Prohibited Play Methods
Players on the mya99 platform must avoid the following prohibited practices —
- Using software or bot tools to automate gameplay
- Playing only in ways that minimise losses to clear bonus funds (Bonus Abuse)
- Colluding with connected players to claim bonuses and manipulate gameplay
- Identifying and exploiting weaknesses in game software
- Ghosting or cyber-harassment of other players
If any of these activities are detected, mya99 will conduct an investigation and, if confirmed, will close the account and void any bonus-related funds.
Player Responsibilities
Everyone using the mya99 platform must play by their own free choice and —

- You may request Self-Exclusion to protect your own decisions regarding play
- Third parties cannot be held responsible for your financial losses

- Financial losses — players must understand that gambling involves financial risk
Service limitations
